& Conditions
- All rides are billed to the customer's pre-approved account or
credit card. Cash is also accepted however must be pre paid upon
vehicle arrival. Joseph's Limousine Service accepts American
Express, Diner's Club, Discover Card, Master Card, and Visa.
Joseph's will automatically bill a customer's account or credit card
a 20% service charge which included a minimum drivers gratuity.
- All out of pocket charges, including tolls, parking, airport fees
and taxes will be added to the customers bill if they occur during
their trip.
- Any reservation to or from Logan Airport will be charged a $3.25
to $8.00
Airport fee which will be added to the customer bill.
- Stops en Route will be charged units. A Unit consists of 5 minutes
and will be charged at $6.00 each. More than 1 terminal drop will be
charged $12 per terminal.
- A 20% charge will be imposed on holidays, Christmas Eve, and New
Year's Eve.
- All Mini Coach & Motor Coach reservations require a 50%
non-refundable deposit in order to secure a vehicle, the remaining
balance must be pre paid prior to the departure date.
- Any airport pick up or drop off between Midnight and 4:00AM will be charged
additional $20.00 plus any additional waiting time due to late arrivals or
flight delays.
- We assume no responsibility for any damage, injury or loss
resulting from any inconveniences caused by a delay, cancellation of
service, strike or any other condition beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles on our
vehicles.
Waiting Time:
- A 15 minute grace period will be granted for all pickups with the
exception of airports or subway stations. If a client is not out by
the 15th minute, waiting time will be charged in units from the
original pickup time.
- No-show reservations are charged the full trip cost plus an 20%
service fee, including any waiting time. If a customer cannot locate
there vehicle, the customer must call 1-877-2-JOSEPH to avoid being
billed as a NO-SHOW.
Airports:
- We grant a 25 minute grace period after reported domestic flight
arrival.
- We grant a 45 minute grace period after reported international
flight arrival.
- Due to Massport regulations, vehicles are dispatched from
limousine pool upon gate arrival. Therefore vehicles will arrive to
the terminal thereafter.
- Joseph's monitors all flights however any rail transportation
cannot be monitored.
- Two hour cancellation notice is required on all port to port
reservations or regular charges will apply. Dedicated service and
group reservations require 24 hour cancellation notice.
- Any airport pick up or drop off between Midnight and 4:00AM will be charged

Fuel Surcharge:
- Due to rising fuel costs, all vehicles are subject to a fuel
surcharge.
